Service Description

Monday afternoons can be tough! Join us for an uplifting 65 minute beginner/intermediate level yoga class to re-connect with your breath, body and mind. We start slow, work up to a small sweat (with a gentle flow and basic Hatha postures), and end with a magical Savasana (daytime nap). It's a fantastic way to start the week!
