Service Description

This beginner class is a 6-week series designed to slowly and gently introduce those who may be yoga-curious but have not yet taken that leap! The 60 min class will lead you step-by-step through focused breathing & gentle stretching, then gradually lead you into some basic foundational poses. Yoga is for EVERY-BODY and it's never too late to try!
