RELEASE OF LIABILITY WAIVER
By purchasing any service on this site, you acknowledge that it is your duty to exercise care for yourself and others in the practice space while attending yoga classes. You either believe yourself to be, or have received advice from your doctor that you are capable of physical exercise as provided by the instructors, or that you assume the risk of exercising without a doctor’s examination.

You understand that the classes may be strenuous and voluntarily participate with full awareness that there is a risk of personal injury. You assume all risks and accept personal responsibility for any and all physical injury which could result from your practice and the potential of pushing yourself beyond my personal limitations during these activities. You and your representatives release, waive and discharge, and will not make any claims against Lindsey Lambden, or any substitute instructor, on account of any personal injury, including death or damage to personal property.

You also agree that Lindsey Lambden, or any substitute instructor, is in no way responsible for the safekeeping of my personal belongings while I am in attendance at a class.
REFUND POLICIES
Single Class
If you purchase a single-class pass in advance and can no longer attend that specific date, please contact us no less than 4 hours before to let us know you’ll no longer be able to attend. This single-class pass can then be transferred to another available class in the future. Refunds will not be given for no-shows or late cancellations (less than 4 hours before class start time).

Newbie Pass
The Newbie Pass is valid for a one-time purchase only to anyone who has never been to our classes. It allows new students to attend any classes within 30 days from time of purchase. This does NOT include specialty workshops, etc. Good for use on all regular in-studio and outdoor classes. Refunds/cancellations are not available with the purchase of this pass.

Multi-Class Pass
Please note that with the purchase and commitment of any multi-class pass (5-Class or 10-Class), all sales are final and cannot be refunded/canceled or transferred to another party.

If you happen to have any unused passes on an expired 5 or 10 Class Pass, but would like to continue attending classes, please contact me for a special coupon code. This coupon code can be redeemed for one free class with the purchase of another multi-class pass.

Events & Workshops
If you contact us to cancel with at least 5 days notice before the event, a credit will be issued to your account or you may arrange for an alternate person to attend in your place. Refunds will not be provided for cancellations made within 5 days of the event. For example, if the event is on a Saturday, please contact us by the Monday before to let us know. In the case that a workshop or event is cancelled by us, it is our policy to provide you with a full refund for the amount you paid for the workshop and/or event.
PRIVACY STATEMENT
We will never sell, trade, rent, exchange or otherwise share your personal information with any other person, company or organization. Privacy is of paramount importance to us. The information you provide us including your name, address, phone numbers, email address, purchases, and credit card information is used to process your order or registration, to answer your questions, and to send you periodic mailings about our products and services or upcoming events.

I maintain the strictest levels of confidentiality with all clients. I am aware of, and agree to comply with, all applicable laws that pertain to personal data and communications.

I have a clear understanding with clients about the conditions under which information will not be kept confidential (e.g., illegal activity, if required by law, pursuant to valid court order or subpoena; imminent or likely risk of danger to self or to others; etc.). Where I reasonably believe one of the above circumstances is applicable, I may need to inform appropriate authorities.​

​I collect only information volunteered upon purchase, such as email, date of birth, address, etc. I maintain, store, and dispose of any records, including electronic files and communications, created during our interactions in a manner that promotes confidentiality, security, and privacy and complies with any applicable laws and agreements.

​For each visitor to my web page, Google Analytics automatically recognizes your IP address and domain.

Though my website does use cookies, I do not partner with or have special relationships with any ad server companies. I will always disclose to my clients the potential receipt of compensation, and other benefits I may receive for referring to third parties.
