Join Amber & Lindsey this June for a deeply nourishing evening of Sound, Movement & Stillness—a gentle, guided experience designed to help you unwind, reset, and reconnect.
We’ll begin with mindful, accessible movement to release tension and settle the body, followed by a soothing sound journey to calm the nervous system and invite deep rest. The healing tones and frequencies of musical allies—gong, crystal bowls, drum, and rattles—create an immersive experience, beautifully enhanced by the incredible acoustics of the Almonte Old Town Hall.
