Join Amber and Lindsey for a magical evening of relaxation, healing movement, a sound journey, and soul nourishment for your body, mind and spirit.
The 90 minute event will be a beautiful blend of gentle stretching and soft flowing movement, coupled with the healing tones and frequencies of some musical allies; all while in the gorgeous Almonte Old Town Hall Auditorium.
Please bring your
* yoga mat
* water bottle
* any other cushions or blankets for an extended relaxation
*comfy clothes you can move in
*an open mind and heart :)
There is a maximum of 30 participants. Pre-registration is required.
