Join us on Friday, Oct 11th for a Mini Day Retreat in the heart of Clayton (only 20 minutes outside of Almonte). Your morning will begin with a brief but beautiful nature walk, followed by a 60 minute gentle yoga class and small gratitude practice. We will then head into the stunning thermal spa area to enjoy FULL access to the pool, hot tub, sauna and cold plunge! If you'd prefer to stay dry, there are plenty of cozy chairs and nooks and crannies for you to chat with friends, or simply enjoy the soothing natural environment surrounding the space.
