Service Description
This 65 minute morning class will be a dynamic combination of stretching, strengthening and really tuning into the magical breath. We may incorporate props such as straps and blocks, so if you happen to have some, bring them along! If not, we've got a few spare! But please know props are not necessary and this will vary depending on class size/level etc. Class, as always, will end with a short and soothing Savasana.
