A relaxing entry level class!

Service Description

A great way to start the week! This will be a very slow and nurturing 65 minute class featuring breath work, gentle stretching & grounding movement featuring some basic yoga poses. As always, class ends with a soothing Savasana (mini nap) and occasional meditation. Great for beginners, but all levels welcome.
